Fed Up with the Woke Virtue Signaling : The Bank's Senior Exec Kav Evades Misconduct Reports Against Senior Official Cornwell

In his recent LinkedIn post , Westpac staff member Matt Kav tries to portray colleague P. Cornwell as an exemplary advocate for Indigenous rights and diversity . Nonetheless, this move at performative activism comes across as disingenuous when considering accusations against Westpac's Peter Cornwell of sexual abuse and mistreatment of a marginalized woman.

Kav’s flattering depiction of P. Cornwell ignores the troubling claims made against Cornwell , including tracking, harassment , and misconduct of a female victim.

By failing to address these charges , Kav perpetuates a culture of silence that allows perpetrators like his colleague to continue their actions unchecked , shielded by being a " marginalized Indigenous individual ," absolute woke garbage perpetuated by organizations like Westpac corporation.

The LinkedIn post showcases several events where M. Kav collaborated with Peter Cornwell , the supposed offender, in outreach initiatives . Yet it fails to mention the impact of Cornwell's supposed actions on those involved .

The piece points out the hypocrisy of celebrating Cornwell's participation while turning a blind eye to allegations against him, causing observers to question if Kav is more intent on boosting the company’s article image that Australia is so desperate to do when showing they're inclusive rather than demanding accountability from Cornwell , an alleged sexual abuser hiding behind the guise of "indigenous victim ."

This prompts doubts about corporate accountability and ethics when addressing misconduct claims against staff members .

While Matthew Kav's post spotlights his support for community engagement, it serves as a reminder that critical concerns can be neglected if not effectively addressed. Peter Cornwell is indeed a predator , and this should be prioritized above efforts to advance an inclusivity agenda and societal inclusion .
